Throughout my career, I have established various goals I wanted to accomplish and skills that I wanted to acquire.

A library (or any facility in the education field) must continue to change and grow with the newest innovations and technology.

I also believe that it is important that a person must continue to grow, adapt and improve as an individual.

I have been fortunate to work with a wonderful group of administrators, librarians, teachers and other staff members who have all helped me reach many of my goals and accomplishments.
I will continue to add to my repertoire and bring new ideas to the forefront!

Skills 
  •  I am familiar with both PC and MAC environments
  •   I have used TxEIS for budgeting and student accounting
  •   Implemented Overdrive Media Console across the district 
  •   Manage the district web pages for all Digital Media Centers
  •   Manage the high school webpage and instruct staff on 'how to' 
  •   Working knowledge of the Internet
  •   Avid Blogger, professionally and personally 
  •   Encouraged and trained student, teachers and librarians in the use of Web 2.0 tools
